Dear Citizen,

Between 27th and 28th June 2021, victim parks his car outside his home address overnight, vehicle was locked and secured on the road. Following day victim gets into his vehicle and notices that his car was making strange noise. Victim realises his catalytic converter has been stolen from his car. Victim speaks to his neighbour who also stated he had his centre console stolen the same evening.
