What looks like an exciting place to explore could contain:

 Fragile roofs and floors
 Hidden shafts and basements
 Dangerous chemicals or asbestos
 Structural collapse risks
 Exposed electrical hazards

Every year people are seriously injured after falling through roofs or from upper floors in disused buildings.

Emergency services may not reach you quickly. A simple accident can quickly become a major emergency.

If you're looking for adventure, abandoned buildings aren't worth the risk.
