Burglary Near You - Grove Terrace, Bradford BD7

Dear Resident

You are receiving this because you live in the vicinity of a burglary that occurred sometime between 4pm and 9pm on 21/08/2026 at an address on Grove Terrace, BD7.  The unidentified suspect/s snapped the cylinder lock allowing entry. The premises is divided into flats with the internal doors all being locked. This appears to have deterred the suspects who left empty handed without attempting to enter any of the other rooms. 

Firstly if you have CCTV or a doorbell camera please check it between (please add times if known) to check if you had any activations. 

Secondly if you have a door with a cylinder lock (composite or UPVC doors mainly) please check the lock. 

Make sure you are satisfied with the rating and is fitted correctly. The locks we recommend have 3 stars written on the front (see image) and are TS007 or SS312 rated. Many firms offer these anti-snap locks. Whilst we do not wish to scare anyone, it is always good to review your own security, and report anything suspicious to the Police.
