🚓 Neighbourhood Policing Update 🚓
We wanted to update residents following a recent increase in vehicle-related crime and residential burglaries across the Sandy Lane, Fairweather Green, and Allerton areas.
Two individuals have been arrested in connection with a series of thefts from motor vehicles and vehicle interference offences. A dedicated investigation team is now leading enquiries, and early indications suggest a significant number of offences may be linked.
We would like to thank members of the community for continuing to share information and images responsibly, which has assisted officers in progressing enquiries alongside CCTV and other evidence gathered so far.
Enquiries remain ongoing, and officers may still be carrying out follow‑up work, including additional evidence gathering.
We would encourage residents to:
✅ Lock vehicles and remove valuables
✅ Report any suspicious behaviour
✅ Check CCTV / doorbell footage and pass on anything relevant
