Theft of Vehicle - West Royd Avenue, Shipley BD18

On 21/04/2026, officers from Shipley stopped a Ford Transit Tipper on West Royd Avenue, Shipley. The driver admitted to having no licence, no insurance and the vehicle belonged to a family member. The owner had not given the suspect permission to use or take the vehicle and was arrested for TWOC ( Taken Without Owners Consent ).
