THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE

Dear Resident

You are receiving this as you live in the vicinity of a theft from motor vehicle that occurred on Halifax Road on Tuesday 24th March between 17:52hrs and 18:00hrs

VICTIM PARKS VEHICLE IN CAR PARK. VICTIM ENTERS STORE FOR 8 MINUTES AND UPON RETURNING TO HER VEHICLE, UNKNOWN SUSPECT/S HAVE SMASHED WINDOW IN ORDER TO GAIN ENTRY AND TAKE CONTENTS FROM WITHIN. SUSPECT/S THEN MAKE OFF UNSEEN.

 If you have any information in relation to the above please contact the Police on 101 or speak to a local PCSO. Please also check your CCTV or Doorbell camera if you have one during the crime timings to see if there are any activations. 

This is also a good time to check your own security, many offences are preventable with small improvements to your vehicle security.
