Attempted Theft of Moped - Hall Lane, Windhill BD18

Dear Resident,

Between 5pm and 5.30pm on 25/03/2026, 4 suspects were disturbed attempting to steal a moped that was chained up outside an address on Hall Lane, Windhill. Officers attended and arrested a 15 year old male at the scene. Details of the others have been obtained and enquiries are ongoing. The detained youth was using a hammer to smash the ignition cowling on the moped after the chain securing it had been cut off.
