You are receiving this because you live in the vicinity of a burglary that occurred on Mannvile Terrace, this occurred is a multioccupancy home. On Monday 23rd march between 0600hrs and 0630hrs.

Between times stated suspects unknown gain entry to multioccupancy flats through insecure front door, making way to victims flat and gaining entry through numeric code lock by unknown means taking spare key by means of tidy search. suspects then exit premises before taking red Renault captur with keys and making off onto Great Horton Road.

Firstly if you have CCTV or a doorbell camera please check it between 23rd march 0545hrs and 0645hrs to check if you had any activations. 

Secondly if you have a door with a cylinder lock (composite or UPVC doors mainly) please check the lock. 

Make sure you are satisfied with the rating and is fitted correctly. The locks we recommend have 3 stars written on the front (see image) and are TS007 or SS312 rated. Many firms offer these anti-snap locks. Whilst we do not wish to scare anyone, it is always good to review your own security, and report anything suspicious to the Police.
