Theft From Vehicle - The Grove, Idle BD10

Dear Resident,

Sometime between 10.30pm on 04/03/2026 and 2am on 05/03/2026, a blue 75 plate Vauxhall Grandland was broken into at an address on The Grove, Idle. The vehicle may have been left unlocked. The suspects made an untidy search of the vehicle removing items from the centre console and door pockets. A check of CCTV in the area shows 2 males in the street between 12.27am and 12.33am on 05/03/26, they were on an e-bike, wearing dark clothing, face coverings and gloves. While it is likely that these are the suspects, it is not possible to link them to the crime at this stage.

Please remember to check that you have locked your vehicle and removed all valuables from it, opportunist thieves are about in the area.
