Following the success of the Reclaim the Night event, Wakefield Central NPT and our partners are continuing the work to make our outdoor spaces safer, more welcoming, and more confidently used by women, girls, and the whole community.

We need your local knowledge.
If there’s a place in Wakefield where you don’t feel safe — whether it’s the design of the area, poor lighting, or something someone said or did — you can tell us quickly and anonymously through the StreetSafe platform.

Your feedback helps us work with the various Police departments, Wakefield Council, charities, and local businesses to target improvements where they’re needed most.
