Protecting your vehicle begins with awareness.

Criminal behaviour evolves and we are seeing an increase in vehicles (no specific type) being cannibalised on the street/road where you live. Criminals are stealing body parts – particularly bumpers from vehicles on the roadside. If possible fit internal motion sensor cameras. Sadly, this is a difficult crime to prevent but using the below advice will help.

Avoid parking in poorly lit or isolated locations when possible.

Always secure your vehicle – Double check you have locked your doors and closed your windows.

Store keyless-entry fobs in a Faraday pouch or signal-blocking case.

Be cautious of roadside interference.

Park responsibly – Use steering locks, wheel clamps - this is a great visible deterrent.

Stay informed and report suspicious activity – Keep up to date with new methods the criminals are using.
