Following a call from a vigilant member of the public, officers from the Leeds District Off Road Bike Team located a stolen motorbike hidden in woodland in the Scott Hall area.
The bike had been stolen just three days earlier from the Meanwood area, and thanks to the information provided, it’s now been recovered for CSI examination.
The owner, who lives outside the West Yorkshire area, was relieved to hear the good news and has arranged for recovery.
A big thank you to the community for continuing to share information — it really helps us get stolen bikes off the streets and back to their rightful owners.
