Observations for Young Child in local area.

Please can the general public be aware of reports of a young child aged between 3-4 years old, seen running around the streets with no parents in sight. 

The child was last seen around 08:10 hours this morning, Thursday 18th September. The child is a boy and is wearing black jogging pants and had a bare chest. He was sucking a dummy. 

Last seen heading towards Ingrow Community centre.
