Officers were called to a distressed dog in the Queensbury area of Bradford that had been left in a vehicle for over an hour. Entry was forced to the vehicle and besides an expensive bill for new windows the owner will be off to court for causing unnecessary suffering to an animal. Dogs can easily become overheated when left in vehicles on hot sunny days and with the hot weather over the coming weekend owners should take extra care.
