Dear Community,

Today on Quaker Lane BD5 officers were made aware of a vehicle that had been parked up for a number of days after being dropped off by a recovery truck. 

Residents raised concerns due to the vehicle not belonging to anyone in the area and the positioning of the vehicle, making it a potential risk for children crossing the road.

After checks from officers the vehicle was found to be stolen and on false plates. 

The vehicle was then recovered and owner informed.
