On Friday 4th July, officers from North West NPT worked alongside Wakefield District Off-Road Bike Team in an an operation in the Ossett area targeting nuisance and off-road bikes.

Throughout the operation, several addresses were visited in relation to evidence of occupants riding off-road bikes in the Ossett area. Two S 59 warnings were issued due to anti-social use of bikes, and one of these bikes was seized. The rider was also dealt with for drug offences.

These operations will continue throughout the summer, targeting the individuals who are involved in this anti-social behaviour.
