Following residents complaining about speeding on WINDHILL OLD ROAD and THACKLEY ROAD we have spent a few hours last week in a couple of locations enforcing this. 

Offences addressed included driving without due care and attention, speeding and in one case, failing to stop for police. In the case of failing to stop, we later recovered this vehicle into our possession from the person driving it and proceedings are in place with the owner.

We have again been on NEW STREET where one driver was reported for using a mobile phone.
