Dear resident, 

You are receiving this because you live in the vicinity of a burglary that occurred on PERTH AVENUE. This occurred on Friday 4th July and the suspect entered the property via an insecure front door.

Firstly if you have CCTV or a doorbell camera please check it around 12:00 to 12:30 to check if you had any activations. 

Secondly please ensure you keep doors and windows locked and secure at all times. 

Whilst we do not wish to scare anyone, it is always good to review your own security and report anything suspicious to the Police. Should you have any information about the above burglary please contact us on 101.
