Local Priorities Speeding vehicles Message

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Speeding vehicles, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

OP Trimburg Crossland Moor & Netherton – Supported by local ward councillors

Officers attended the Crossland Moor & Netherton area on Operation Trimburg that targets fatal 5 offences and anti-social driving. Intelligence is fed into the operation by the Kirklees ward councillors from members of the community.

The fatal 5 offences are…

Failing to wear a seat belt
Speeding
Driving whilst under the influence of drink or drugs
Driving whilst using a mobile phone
Driving without due care an attention and/or dangerous driving

X2 – No Seatbelt
X1 – Registration not conforming to regulation

X1 - Intelligence form submitted to development around repeat offenders
