You are receiving this because you live in the vicinity of two burglaries at 41 at 0220hrs on 21/06/2025 & 85 between 0205hrs and 0210hrs on 21/06/2025.

41: Location is a semi-detached property in new build estate. On the date and time reported, unknown suspects have gained entry via the unsecured window of the living room and stolen a ladies handbag with bank cards additionally the suspects have also taken the security camera from inside the house.

85: Location is a semi-detached property in a new build estate. On the date and time reported, unknown suspects have tried to open the living room window of the property however they get disturbed by a neighbour who spots them and shouts at them. Suspects make good of their escape on foot.

Firstly if you have CCTV or a doorbell camera please check it between (times) to check if you had any activations. 

Secondly if you have a door with a cylinder lock (composite or UPVC doors mainly) please check the lock. 

Make sure you are satisfied with the rating and is fitted correctly. The locks we recommend have 3 stars written on the front (see image) and are TS007 or SS312 rated. Many firms offer these anti-snap locks. Whilst we do not wish to scare anyone, it is always good to review your own security, and report anything suspicious to the Police.
