We’re seeing ongoing issues with illegal and anti-social use of quad and off-road bikes across the South East—on main roads, parks, housing estates, and farmland. Many of these bikes dont have registration plates, are uninsured for road use, and untaxed.

This isn’t just a nuisance—it’s causing serious damage to crops, costing farmers thousands of pounds. Crops once damaged can take months to repair, so please make sure you are not one of those ignoring the rules if you own one of these vehicles otherwise you could face criminal charges.

We urge the public to continue to reporting sightings of this type of vehicle activity and appeal for dashcam footage, CCTV and any other information that is vital in helping to tackle this ongoing problem.
