Dear Resident,

This morning PC Lewis and PCSO McGuire from Rural NPT attended Sandal Castle Community Primary School with Wakefield Council Enforcement Officers to address parking issues, in particular parking on the double yellow lines and permit only areas on Sandal Cliff.

Officers was thanked for their presence as mobility scooters were able to access the dropped curbs instead of having to drive on the road. Advice was given to parents and carers as they were reminded about safe parking.

This issue of parking at school times in this location was raised at the recent PACT meeting.
