Due to safety reasons, please be aware that there is a one-way restriction: Westfield Lane, Darrington, from its junction with Old Great North Road, Wentbridge heading in a northerly direction to its junction with Darrington Road/ Estcourt Road, Darrington.

The alternative route suggested is Carleton Road, Moor Lane, Marlprit Lane and vice versa.

Officers from NPT will be regularly patrolling the area and will be issuing fixed penalties notices to any vehicles that do not adhere to one way system.

Drivers could be issued 3 points and £100 fine for contravening this no entry sign along Westfield Road. Please comply and please be safe.
